We’re excited to announce that our newest client and celebrity chef, Spike Mendelsohn, is gearing up to launch his latest venture, Spike’d. As the Founder, Chef and Creative Director behind Spike’d, Mendelsohn is seizing an opportunity to elevate the energy and excitement of DC area events through more inspired and customized culinary experiences.

The Spike’d mission is to transform the blank canvas of an empty plate into a remarkable, personality-infused culinary experience that transcends taste and texture as it ignites a gathering, sparks its tone and timber, and sears the memory on the minds of all who attend.

Elevation developed the strategic vision for the Spike’d brand and its associated creative elements (such as name, logo, type, color palette, brand mission statement, usage guidelines, and tonality).
