The Most Important Technology – Our CBP Officers

By | advertising, branding, government | No Comments

We have been all over the country getting cool shots of our CBPO officers down at the border, and in airports on the east and west coasts. With so much going on in the current political climate, these guys are often misrepresented or misunderstood. They process millions of travelers every single day, protecting and saving lives. With the new implementation of facial biometrics, processing travelers as they enter and exit the country, we need to remember the most important technology is the officers. That will never change!

Pedestrian Processing Creative for Land Border Ports of Entry

We have recently been tasked by CBP and land border ports of entry to help guide passengers through the ports as they are now being processed by facial biometrics. Our client has asked for friendly, easy to understand, and “whimsical” creative.  We created a “Pocoyo” style video, illustrated in house to help passengers understand the simple tasks they need to perform in order to enter the country.

A little behind the scenes of the process, our artist gives us 4 character styles to choose from. These are some of the original sketches that were eventually animated and brought to life!
