For DHS’s fight to end human trafficking, known as the BLUE CAMPAIGN, Elevation brought a wide swath of disparate voices together to conduct strategic concept mapping exercises. Our objective was to solicit input on the Blue Campaign’s mission, objectives, focus and priorities, in order to craft a strategic branding and communications roadmap. Critical to our effort was learning that human trafficking isn’t a crime that happens elsewhere. It happens everywhere, throughout the U.S. and abroad. And victims of human trafficking are all around us. Elevation created a campaign to illuminate the fact that we often do not see these victims; they have become invisible.
