The Elevation team headed south to the Miami International Airport to meet a special guest and film an exciting new video for their Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) clients at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Just in time for the holidays, Santa Claus himself joined the Elevation team to help highlight the benefits of Global Entry.
Amanda and Harrison, ESTA Account Executives, traveled across the border to attend the Eastern Canada Travel Industry Summit, hosted by the Association of Canadian Travel Agents. Their mission was to update Canadian travel industry professionals on the latest U.S. entry requirements for non-Canadian passport holders. The energetic duo shared key updates on the Visa Waiver Program, built valuable connections with industry partners, and couldn’t help but fall in love with the vibrant city of Toronto. The two highlights of the trip? Breakfast at Tim Horton’s and Harrison convincing Amanda that the CN Tower was actually named the “Drake Tower.”

The team attended the conference, put on by U.S. Travel Association, with our clients at U.S. Customs and Border Protection to promote the Visa Waiver Program. As they continued to spread awareness of the program, they scored the opportunity for ESTA Branch Chief, Macharia Davis, to record an episode of Brand USA’s “Talks Travel” Podcast.
There’s never a dull day at the U.S. Travel Association’s IPW Conference. This year’s conference included California vibes, live music from the legendary Diana Ross, and opportunities to participate in insightful podcasts & panels.
Account Executives, Amanda and Harrison, headed to L.A. to promote the Visa Waiver Programand make key connections with industry stakeholders. IPW once again reminded us what it truly means to “work hard, play hard”.



Another successful client conference down! ITB Berlin 2024 is a wrap. The conference hosted over 5,500 exhibitors from 170 countries this year, along with over 100,000 attendees and travel representatives. Senior Account Executive, Amanda, headed to Germany with our clients at the Visa Waiver Program powered by ESTA to inform travelers about the program, talk about the NEW ESTA mobile app, and meet with stakeholders.


Behind every brand awareness campaign, is the goal of gaining positive recognition and earned media buzz. In June 2023, we worked hand-in-hand with our clients at U.S. Customs and Border Protection to launch the official ESTA Mobile App.
He has worked on hundreds of campaigns, but the two that take the cake as his favorites are “Get Your Preak On” and the “ESTA Mobile App”. Laurent’s passion for design and endless imagination constantly challenge the team to think outside the box.
As the world began to crawl out from under its Hermit crab shell in the fall of 2022, Elevation and the Visa Waiver Program (Powered by ESTA) greeted an eager post-pandemic traveling community by attending trade and travel exhibitions around the world, which included Germany, Japan, London, Netherlands, and Spain.
